These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bj99 ("bj99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the bj99 website located at bj99.blog and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and account facilities (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the bj99 platform, creating an account, or using any feature of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the bj99 platform and close your account.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with the bj99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the Services. In the event of any conflict, this Agreement takes precedence unless otherwise specified.

Access to and use of bj99's real-money Services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Services.
• You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You are accessing the Services from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the bj99 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or family member of an employee or contractor of bj99 or its affiliated entities.

Age Verification: bj99 is committed to preventing underage gambling. All new accounts are subject to mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) age verification. Players are required to submit a valid, government-issued Pakistani CNIC displaying their date of birth. Accounts that cannot be age-verified within 72 hours of the first deposit request will have all transactions suspended pending verification completion. Any account found to have been registered by or operated by a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed, all deposits returned minus any withdrawals already processed, and all winnings forfeited in their entirety.

To access real-money gaming features on bj99, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and date of birth. You are obligated to promptly update this information if it changes.

Single Account Policy: bj99 permits only one registered account per individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. All accounts identified as duplicates will be permanently suspended. Winnings accrued through duplicate accounts will be voided. bj99 uses advanced fraud detection technology to identify multiple account violations.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bj99 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bj99 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login details. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bj99 support immediately.

bj99 supports deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to the player wallet upon confirmed receipt, typically within 60 seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions.

• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — payments made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• bj99 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds as part of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to a player wallet and used for wagering activity.

bj99 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank) may apply their own standard fees. bj99 is not responsible for fees applied by third-party payment processors.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances at any time, subject to the following conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. All withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the player's own name and, where possible, to the same method used for the most recent deposit.

KYC Requirement: A complete KYC verification — including CNIC submission — must be on file before bj99 can process any withdrawal request. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play, but withdrawal processing will be paused until verification is finalised. KYC is a regulatory requirement and cannot be waived.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 2 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically completed within 15–30 minutes during business hours. bj99 aims to approve all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, though this timeline may extend during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

bj99 offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion at the time of offer. In the event of any conflict between promotional terms and this Agreement, the promotional terms take precedence with respect to the specific bonus in question.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. bj99 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to a player once. Using multiple accounts or payment methods to claim the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• bj99 reserves the right to void bonus awards and associated winnings where it determines that bonus abuse, fraud, or any form of system exploitation has occurred.
• Bonuses not used within their stated validity period will expire automatically without notice.

bj99 defines bonus abuse broadly to include, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine gambling activity, and using automated tools to manipulate bonus outcomes.

bj99's sports betting services cover cricket (including PSL, international Tests, T20Is, ODIs), football, UFC, tennis, kabaddi, and other sports as listed on the platform. All bets placed on bj99 are subject to the following general sports betting rules, supplemented by sport-specific rules available within the platform.

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change without notice prior to confirmation.
• bj99 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started where the system erroneously accepted it as a pre-match bet.
• In the event of match abandonment, suspension, or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules displayed at the time of wagering.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply and are displayed within individual markets. bj99 reserves the right to adjust limits for specific events or players without prior notice.
• bj99 does not accept bets placed using information not publicly available at the time of placement, including insider knowledge of match outcomes or team selections.

Error Correction: In the event of a manifest pricing error — where odds have been displayed at a level that is clearly and materially inconsistent with the true market price — bj99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts, regardless of whether the event has already settled.

All casino games offered on bj99 — including live dealer games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), slot machines, Plinko, Callbreak Quick, and all other titles — operate in accordance with the rules displayed within the game interface. In all cases, the game software outcome is the definitive result.

RNG & Fairness: All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on bj99 use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested to ensure statistically fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are sourced from licensed studios operating under their own regulatory frameworks. bj99 does not alter or manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, bj99's system will complete the round based on the last confirmed game state. If the system is unable to determine a valid game state, the bet will be voided and the stake returned. This policy applies to all game types.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the bj99 platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. bj99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to void all associated bets, winnings, and bonus balances.

• Registering or operating more than one bj99 account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or fraud.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing third parties to operate your account.
• Any conduct that, in bj99's reasonable judgement, constitutes an attempt to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.

bj99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from the account dashboard at all times, without requiring a support request to activate:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that take effect immediately when set.
• Loss Limits: Limits on maximum net losses over defined time periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 6 weeks, activating within 24 hours of request.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bj99 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include: the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any bj99 content; the right to reverse-engineer or decompile any bj99 software; or the right to use the bj99 brand in any commercial context without explicit written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bj99's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to the use of the Services — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bj99 account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

bj99 is not liable for: losses resulting from player decisions during gameplay; losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the player's failure to secure credentials; service interruptions caused by events outside bj99's reasonable control (including internet service failures, payment processor outages, or force majeure events); or indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.

The bj99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bj99 makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and performance, no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service is given or implied.

bj99 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect player rights, obligations, or the core commercial terms of the relationship — bj99 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the registered mobile number or email address on the player's account.

Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms, or changes required by regulatory guidance) may take effect immediately without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the bj99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bj99 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or the bj99 Services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through bj99's internal complaints procedure, details of which are available from the customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within 30 days, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. Players retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where irreparable harm is threatened.
